It's competition time again, were now running our latest contest and its speeding along, If you'd like to enter, its simple. Just have a quick read below for rules and a guide to what to do 

We want to see you scratch build a Speederbike in the old school ILM way 

The Rules 

  • Competition is now Live and all entries must be in by Midnight on 20th December 2020
  • No 3D printed parts allowed, on either the bike or the rider 
  • Create your own 1/12 ( or as close as you can) Speederbike and bounty hunter
  • Using kit bashing, found parts, scratch built techniques 
  • The rider can be fully scratched, a reworked figure in roughly 1/12 scale or anything you can do or find that will work for you , Tamiya make some great 1/12 Bike motorbike riding figures. The choice is yours
  • The rider can be Human Alien or Droid 
  • The Bike must be mounted to a base, The rider doesn't not have to be seated but is preferred and does not have to be modified if a bought figure is used. Though the more effort you put in the more you will get noticed
  • Please keep photographic proof of the process so we can verify its build and techniques /parts used 
  • You don't have to think Star Wars, just enjoy where your mind takes you 
  • By entering you are giving us permission to share your images for the purpose of inspiring others to join in
  • You dont need to send your entry anywhere it stays with you, all we require is Photographs and hopefully some build in progress shots if required
  • The Bike and rider must be painted, and doesnt have to be in Archive-X paint, this about you not us 
  • Enjoy and be creative, push yourself and have fun
  • Prizes to be announced soon!!!! 
  •  Only one entry per person 

 

To Enter

  • Simply email no more than 10 pics of your bike and rider to info@archive-x.com with at least one shot in Primer 
  • Use the header Speederbike 2020 entry (or similar) 
  • The competition is running now and last entry will be allowed at midnight UK time on 20th Dec 
  • All prizes will be sent out to the winner's after the Xmas Holiday period 
  • There will be a 1st , 2nd and 3rd place
