For many years it was believed the Cloud Car was painted Reefer Orange, we now believe through research and more study that SP scarlet was more likely the colour used, with Recent photos showing Foundation used and the Boxcar red accents its becoming one of the closest sets we do to accurate,  Nearly all the panel variations are painted with 1975 Rust, in various degrees of opacity, ranging from a quick mist to solid panel.
